About Us
Mike Dyal is a third generation homebuilder and has been building fine custom homes in the Texas Hill Country since 1996. He is a native of Kerrville having graduated from Tivy High School in 1984 and from Texas A & I University in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration. After a six year career in the National Football League, he returned home to launch his homebuilding career. He has served two terms as President of the Hill Country Homebuilder's Association. He is also a member of the Kerrville area Chamber of Commerce and a founding board member of the Young Men's Business League. Mike married his college sweetheart, Lisa, and they have three children; Kendall, Cade and Karlyn.
A lot of people ask me why I didn't
go into coaching. I tell them I did, but instead of
having quarterbacks and running backs, I have
architects, carpenters, painters and electricians!
We have assembled a great team of very talented
people who are very good at what they do, many of
whom have been with us for over 15 years. Their
knowledge and expertise is evident in the homes that
we build. Because of these solid relationships,
we've been able to build a second time for some
clients and also for multiple generations of the
same family!
Designing and building your custom home is an intensely personal matter. That means your home should be a reflection of you. From location to interior finishes—what's important is not who we are, but who you are.
We specialize in building luxury homes for very special people, and we're not looking for customers. We're looking to build relationships.
